A: We care about our clients and the community! We want to let you know that we have taken steps to safeguard ourselves and any clients that work with us. We will provide our detailed policy (e.g., sanitary of space etc) and a questionnaire prior to each photo shoot or in person event. Be sure to:
- Call/text when you arrive at your appointment
- Arrive at your appointment wearing a mask
- Allow us the time to keep everyone safe and healthy prior to your appointment
- Practice physical distancing – all close contact (with the exception of makeup styling)

Q: How do I book a photo shoot?
A: Book your consultation to tell us what your needs are and we will tell you about the VySyn Photography solution and schedule your shoot.
Q: What is discussed at the initial consultation?
A: The 30 minute consultation allows us time to discuss the vision of the client for the shoot or event to ensure optimal visuals are achieved to fit their expectations as well as schedule the shoot and book any additional services.
Q: What is the turnaround time of photos?
A: Clients should expect a 2-3 week post production time for the photos to be edited and uploaded to an online gallery for download images to your local network.
Q: Where is VySyn Photography based?
A: The Vysyn Photography team are based in New York City and provides its services within the five boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx). We are open to out of state travel for client shoots or events which can be negotiated to cover our service fees and travel related costs.
Question: Do you have a studio?
A: No, we do not have a dedicated photo studio at this time. Not having a studio offers us creative flexibility with locations throughout the NYC area. We shoot on location (outdoors) as well as in the studio – it depends on the client.
Q: Do you retouch photos?
A: No – VySyn Photography provides light corrections only. For clients that require retouching, this is an additional cost to them.
